The main objectives of Projects GalApagos

Projects Galapagos was set up with two main objectives which are to protect the Galapagos Islands and educate the local population, by means of programmes in our Community Centre and local schools, and through hands on work in conjunction with the Galapagos National Park, thus controlling and protecting the wildlife of this world natural heritage site.

Projects Galapagos’ Mission

Projects Galapagos Association was established with a view to making San Cristóbal Island a beacon for conservation and education. It helps the island, the local community and the flora and fauna that are unique to this region. It is a focus for the development of the Galapagos Islands’ resources and treasures.
